Booking Procedure
Making a booking through HomeStaysDOS.com is simple, safe and secure.
Step 1: Locate Properties you like.

Step 2: Send messages to the owners by using the form at the bottom of the page

Step 3: Await replies from the owner

Step 4: Exchange as many messages as needed and agree on your dates and the amount to be paid.

Step 5: When Exchanging messages you will see a button to transfer money on top of your Conversation with the owner. Click the button and transfer the agreed amount.

Step 6: You will receive an online receipt and a copy of the same will be emailed to you.

Step 7: The owner will then shortly send you an electronic voucher with exact directions to the property, how to pick up the keys, telephone numbers of the caretaker etc.

Remember, always use the inbuilt money transfer capability of HomestaysDOS.com for these important reasons:-
- Your credit card information is always safe secure and never shared with the owners of properties.
- You benefit from our intervention in case the property owner has misrepresented the facts or anything goes wrong during your travel.
- You benefit from our refund policy in case you decide to change your mind.
Refund Policy:
- For All refunds requested more than 10 days prior to check-in - You are refunded the entire amount minus a 1000 Rs. Service charge
- For all refunds requested less than 10 days but prior to 72 hours of check-in - You are refunded the entire amount minus a 2000 Rs. Service charge.
- At the moment we do not offer refunds less than 72 hours before check-in
To request a refund forward a copy of your money transfer confirmation email to: refund@homestaysdos.com with a short note requesting a refund.
