This is a beautiful private villa of 1100 sq ft built up area within an independent total area of 2400 sq ft. It has a spacious 300 sq ft living room opening into a 900 sq ft lawn and garden. There is a spacious air conditioned bedroom with an attached bath. Head and hand shower, WC with health faucet and hot water are available. Fans are available in all the rooms except the kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with cooking gas, a refrigerator, a microwave & an electric chimney and adjoins a neat dining area. The dining space adjoins the living room which opens into the lawn and garden through huge French windows. One can step out directly from the living room into the lawn and garden. This makes the home specially attractive for nature lovers, for garden get togethers and for outdoor dining. There is ample and beautiful lighting, both natural and man-made, both indoors and outdoors. There is also an open verandah sit-out space overlooking the lawn and garden. The green gated community within which the homestay is located has sprawling open spaces with ample greenery. Facilities on campus within the gated community and 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the homestay include an ayurveda centre, a swimming pool, a library, a fitness centre or gym, a badminton court, a billiards room, parks to walk and jog in, public bus services, a medical store, a dispensary and ambulance services. For the culturally inclined, there is a beautiful temple on campus. There is an artificial lake for rain water harvesting on the campus.
