This is Wayanad's first homestay and still the best. The 4 spacious rooms each have a mezzanine lounge area, a very spacious main bedroom and individual balconies that look out onto acres of coffee plantations, tea estates and forested mountains. We are located at Pozhuthana, just 5.5 kms from Vythiri on the main Calicut highway, and 8 kms from Kalpetta, the district capital. The spectacular scenery at Banasura dam and lake is just 15kms away, while other attractions like Pookode lake, Lakkidi viewpoint and Edakkal caves are located less than an hours drive away. We are famous for our "ela sadya" - Kerala's multi-course meal traditionally served on plantain leaves - it is a meal to savour. A guided plantation walk around our spice gardens will help you work away the calories gently. Come down and enjoy the most relaxing vacation you have ever had!!!
